Biography
Christian Fortmann is a founding partner of the 24IP Law Group and has more than 20 years experience in the IP sector. After many years of drafting and prosecuting patents, trademarks and designs for large and small companies around the world, helping them to leverage their IP rights, and defend them against competitors, his main focus today lies with managing multinational IP rights portfolios for European companies of various sizes. As a patent and trademark attorney, he takes care of all kinds of engineering work within the group, and is a well-known expert in obtaining and defending trademark and design rights, with a particular interest in licensing, anti counterfeiting and infringement control.
