Heidi joined Napatech in 2016 and works out of the Copenhagen office focusing on challenging, developing and implementing effective HR processes & tools both short term and long supporting Napatech strategy. She works within recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, performance management, training & education and is supporting employees and functional managers both nationally and internationally. Heidi brings solid experience in HR management with more than 10 years’ experience within HR.
