Biography
John Flannery is the Chief Executive Officer of GE and will be Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2018. Flannery is GE’s eleventh CEO and will be the company’s tenth Chairman. GE is the world’s digital industrial company, operating in 180 countries around the world. Before his appointment as CEO, Flannery led the turnaround of GE Healthcare, establishing technology leadership in core imaging, creating digital platforms and solutions, and expanding its Life Sciences and cell therapy systems businesses. He also launched Sustainable Healthcare Solutions, bringing disruptive technologies to healthcare providers across emerging markets.
