Biography
Norio Igarashi served as the Chief of the General Affairs Department, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office since 1990. He served as the Chief of the Special Investigation Department, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office since 1991. He was appointed as a Prosecutor of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office in 1966. He was Prosecutor of the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office since 1993.
