Biography
Dr. Sebastian Tegethoff is a managing partner of the 24IP LAW GROUP, and head of the Berlin Office. He is an experienced legal adviser in developing and defending integrated IP portfolios including patents, trademarks and designs and the corresponding contractual framework. In this context, Sebastian develops strategies for research institutes as well as for all kinds of businesses to help them leverage their developments in international markets. Sebastian’s technical expertise links biological and medical tasks with technical approaches. He supports med- and biotech as well as pharmaceutical companies from start-up to mid-sized businesses over the whole process of their product development to obtain appropriate protection for their final products. On top of that, he gained a reputation in the development of IP portfolios for endoprosthesis and optics
