Biography
Shane Fitzsimons is a Senior Vice President and works closely with Vice Chair, John Rice and CFO, Jeff Bornstein on global initiatives. From 2013 - 2017, Fitzsimons ran GE’s Global Operations, the Company’s global multi-functional shared services operations. Over the course of 5 years, he drove the company’s shared services strategy from concept to 9000+ employees, delivering multi-functional processes and IT solutions under a common infrastructure. He has been a champion for innovation and diversity, a proponent of a FastWorks culture and a leader in the use of game-changing robotic software automation and solutions
