Biography
Stefan Knoll is admitted as a German attorney at law. He studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, Political Science at The College for Politics in Munich and Sport Science at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. After his studies he clerked at the district court in Munich and also with the public prosecutor in Munich and simultaneously worked in two large general law firms in Munich. During this time his work mainly revolved around unfair competition law, name rights, and media law. After passing the final law exam and his admission to the bar he successfully established his own law firm where his work comprised mainly of civil, corporate and tax law cases. He is the author of a popular academic textbook on tax cases, which is now in its 9th edition. He lectures on this topic in the university to peers in the profession
