Biography
Dr. Thomas Urek is a German attorney and a member of the Bar Association in Munich. He has a great deal of experience, gained both as in-house counsel at an international software group and as an external lawyer advising on matters of IP Law. After his legal studies and Ph.D. at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, he spent a four months working in a New York law firm as part of his training period to qualify as an attorney. He then worked as an attorney in a Munich-based law firm on media topics, such as copyright law, broadcasting law, press law and competition law
