Biography
Timothy DeWitt, an electrical engineer registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, focuses his practice on intellectual property, including prosecution, litigation, counselling and licensing. He represents a wide variety of companies. He has prosecuted patent applications in numerous technological fields including image recognition, semiconductor fabrication, circuits, database software, robotics, electrical interfaces and connectors, argon plasma coagulation, intraluminal molding devices, consumer packaging and photocopiers. His litigation practice includes representation of plaintiffs and defendants in actions for patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, enforcement of non-compete agreements, false advertising, and unfair competition
