Biography
Mr. Patrick Scaglia serves as a Founding Director for the Foundry@CITRIS, which provides entrepreneurs with resources to build companies that make a significant impact on the world. Mr. Scaglia was a Hewlett Packard Executive for twelve years, serving as Chief Technology Officer across multiple groups. Before Hewlett Packard, Mr. Scaglia held Vice President and Director positions at HP Labs, Evans & Sutherland Supercomputer Division and Cadence Design Systems. He served at Center for Information Technology in the Interest of Society (CITRIS) at UC Berkeley, his areas of initiative include healthcare, biosystems, robotics and semiconductor. He works as a Consultant and Entrepreneur. He serves as a Director of QuantumWise A/S. He served as a Director of Audience, Inc. from August 20, 2013 to July 1, 2015. He serves on several advisory boards including the College of Engineering, University of California Berkeley.
