Biography
Søren Holst has been President of Brüel & Kjær Sound & Vibration Measurement A/S since November 24, 2015 and served as its Managing Director from 2015 to November 24, 2015. Mr. Holst joined Brüel & Kjær in 2015, continuing a career in leading international technology companies. He served as President of GN Otometrics A/S since 2004 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as Senior Vice President of GN Otometrics at GN ReSound A/S. He has extensive experience from the hearing healthcare industry. From 1988 to 2000, he held various positions at Oticon/William Demant, including President of Oticon Inc., US from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Holst was a Partner, President and Chief Executive Officer with the Danish venture capital company PreVenture A/S (Fka, Growth.dk). Mr. Holst holds an M.Sc. Econ. from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from Washington State University.
