"Project management/Team management: 6 years project management and team management experience leading large software projects across different locations and cultures. Leading development of a new platform project with introduction of a number of new technologies, customer projects for customers of strategic importance and product maintenance projects. Experience with running development projects according to Stage-Gate model concerning deadlines, resources, economy and reporting to management. Experience with interaction with many stakeholders within a big organization. Scrum Master/Agile development: 3 years of experience as Scrum Master for multiple software teams facilitating agile development methods and practices. Taking the backlog defined by the Product Owner and facilitating delivery of prototypes using iterative and incremental development to meet customer satisfaction. Software developer: 15 years of experience as embedded software developer from large international companies like Bosch/Siemens, Condat, Texas Instruments, IPWireless/NextWave Wireless."
