Biography

"As VP, I have been responsible for developing and implementing strategies and organizational cultures to fulfill the visions and goals set up for the business division. This has taught me to proactively set a strategic direction and execute the strategy through dedicated action plans, and continuously develop the strategy and implement necessary adjustments. In general, my leadership style is to secure involvement of managers and employees by gathering their ideas in business cases to formulate success criteria for implementation and follow-up. In recent years, my main focus has been on a change management process to develop the organizational culture to become more customer focused, and thereby increase sales. Adopting a more customer-centric approach in all business aspects is a journey that I have been very passionate about, as I am motivated by working with organizations seen from a customer perspective. In my 10 years as head of the division, I achieved remarkable financial improvements at both top and bottom lines, while also building a strong service-oriented culture in the organization. "
