Biography
Mr. Sauter was formerly the chief financial officer for Avigen, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company. In December 2009, Mr. Sauter oversaw the final sale of the company to a strategic buyer through a structured transaction. Previously, he was an auditor at Ernst & Young and a finance manager at Bank of America. Mr. Sauter holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
