Biography
Recently managed all aspects of the build of a new manufacturing facility in Guadalajara, Mexico (~ 95K sqft) in a compressed lead-time, subsequent recruitment of core team, Tier 1 Customer approvals, Quality/safety/other approvals and NPI activity to demonstrate operations capability. Following this, the program lifecyle extended to incude product transfers from Malaysia and California. Previously based in Malaysia (leading Global Operations initiatives in NA, Mexico, EMEA and APAC geographies), I have now moved to Vietnam (HCMC) to manage a large-scale manufacturing facility with ~ 3800 employees.
