Mr. Michael Eising has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of ChemoMetec A/S as of August 20, 2014. He was Member of the Company's Board from July 25, 2013 until October 9, 2014. He was Vice Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors until August 20, 2014. He also serves as Partner and Member of the Management at ZafeOn Ltd and Member of the Management at Evia Holding ApS. He has experience in business development of technology businesses and financing.
