Biography

Frederic Roch Doliveux, DVM, served as the Chief Executive Officer of UCB, Inc. Dr. Doliveux served as Chief Executive Officer of UCB Farchim SA from 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of UCB SA from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2014 and also served as its Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board. Dr. Doliveux served as Vice President of Schering-Plough Corporation and President of Schering-Plough International. He served as Director General of Global R&d - Pharma Sector of UCB SA. Lastly, Dr. Doliveux joined the Pierre Fabre Group as Chief Executive Officer of Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals. He serves as Président of Conseil Administration of UCB Farchim SA. He serves as Président of Conseil Administration of Celltech Group Ltd. Dr. Doliveux serves as Président of Conseil Administration of UCB Japan Co., Ltd. Dr. Doliveux is Doctor (Ph.D.) in Veterinarian Medicine from Maisons-Alfort (France), Laureate of the Faculty of Medicine of Créteil and holds an MBA in business from INSEAD.
