Biography
Mara started out in the hospitality business mostly, in hotels around the Netherlands. After studying Restaurant management she grew into the position of allround junior hotel manager. Working in different hotels for short periods of time, mostly troubleshooting where needed. After this she decided it was time to change the work playground and started a Schoevers study program International Executive assistant. During most of this time she worked as a management assistant for the Dutch Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers.
Research Interest
Mara’s key challenge is to create a positive atmosphere in the office and keep everything running smoothly.
