Roxane Caudron

Biography

 I am originally French, but grew up in the United States, England, Poland, Russia & Ukraine before moving to the Netherlands to pursue a university education. I lived in Maastricht for 5 years where I studied Public Policy & Human Development at the United Nations University and worked for organisations like Maastricht University & the Gemeente of Sittard-Geleen. Maastricht was great, but the time came to move on to (slightly) bigger (and possibly better) things in the innovative hub that is Eindhoven Strijp-S. Fun fact: did you know this hub is an area that used to be reserved exclusively for employees of Phillips?

Research Interest

 My key challenge will be finding people that are (or are capable of becoming) fantastic engineers, but also have the right cultural fit for our company. People who do not necessarily have all the technical skills yet, but who are able to learn, and have a personality that makes for a great cultural fit within the StudyPortals team. After all, StudyPortals has five core values that make its’ culture truly unique, and these must be maintained and fostered within the team.
