Biography
He completed his BSc (Hons) from the Institute of Sciences, University of Bombay, and his BSc (Tech) (Paints, Pigments and Varnishes) from UDCT, University of Bombay. He holds a Master’s degree in Polymer Science from the University of Akron, Ohio, USA and a Diploma in Colour Science from Rensellaer Polytechnic, Troy, New York. He holds the position of non-executive Vice Chairman of Asian Paints Limited. Earlier, he was Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Asian Paints from December 1998 to March 2009.
