Biography
Leslie Charm has been a partner in the firm of Youngman & Charm since 1972, where he assists companies experiencing operational or financial problems and provides directorship for firms owned and operated by entrepreneurs. Youngman & Charm operates in a variety of industries and distribution channels, with a strong record of successful financing, acquisitions, and mergers. From 1977 through 1990, he was Chairman and President of a major distributor and specialty retail chain. He also served on the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association, as a director of the National Association of Corporate Directors - New England, and lectured worldwide on entrepreneurship and governance. He is a recipient of the Appel Award for Entrepreneurship. He currently serves on the board of several firms and on the President's Council at Babson College, where he is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship.
