Biography
He was born in 1956 and completed his Degree in Civil Engineering, École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, 1978 and law degree, Faculté de Droit Paris II Assas, 1978. MBA, HEC School of Management, Paris, 1980. He is the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and the Nomination Committee.
