Biography
Finn Jäger -Rasmussen joined Terma in August 2015. Prior to this, Finn has a 30 year track -record from R&D and business management in industry leading companies like Vestas Wind Systems, Grundfos, Danfoss , and Ericsson. Finn Jäger -Rasmussen holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University in Denmark and an executive MBA from Henley Management College in the UK. During his long career, Finn has worked with most disciplines involved in R&D organizations. Special dedication has been given to Modularization & Standardization, Program Management & Innovation processes.
