Biography
Prior to his employment in Terma, he worked for nearly 13 years in one of the leading Danish law firms as an attorney-at-law specializing in corporate law, M&A, and stock listings. Morten Halskov is a member of the board of the regional federation in Eastern Jutland within the Confederation of Danish Industry. Further, he is member of the campaign committee for the apprentices’ traineeships, and he is a member of the regional committee for Interforce Mid Jutland. He is a member of the Boards of Terma North America Inc., Terma B.V., Terma GmbH, Terma (UK) Ltd., Terma (India) Pte. Ltd., and Terma Singapore Pte. Ltd. Morten Halskov is admitted to the High Courts of Denmark and a member of the Danish Bar Association and several other professional associations in Denmark. He is author of numerous articles on corporate law and co-author of the Danish book ”Danish Corporate Law”. Morten Halskov holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and a Master of Laws from the University of London, UK, within international business laws.
