Ms Hanne Dalsgaard

Biography

Prior to her employment at Terma, Hanne Dalsgaard was Head of Human Resources, the Nordics (2013- 2015), Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S located in Copenhagen, DK. During her time at Atos IT Solutions and Services, she played a key role for the HR strategy establishment for the Nordic region. From 2007-2013, Hanne Dalsgaard worked at Vestas Wind Systems A/S, DK as Vice President and Group HR Business Partner, reporting to the Executive Management. Hanne had the global responsibility for the entire HR spectrum for group staff functions, a total of approx. 2,000 stakeholders, heading a global team of HR Directors, Managers, Business Partners, Coordinators, and Supporters in the US, Singapore, the Philippines, and Denmark. From 1999-2007, before moving into the post at Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Hanne was HR Manager at Dantherm Air Handling A/S located in Aalborg, Denmark, where she was part of the Executive Management team and where she took part in strategic decision making and translation of overall company strategies into the HR strategy and policies. Hanne Dalsgaard’s educational background includes studies at Stanford University, IMD, and an Excutive MBA in Change Management and Leadership at Aarhus University, DK.
