Biography
Thomas Blom has been employed in Terma since 1995 and has worked within the naval and defense business for more than 20 years. He was appointed Senior Vice President for the Command, Control and Sensor Systems Business Area in June 2015, following a resp onsibility of all Terma’s naval activities in March 2012 and naval C4I business in March 2007. Key achievements include delivery of the C4I system for the Royal Danish Navy flexible support ships Absalon Class and Ivar Huitfeldt AAW frigates. Thomas Blom holds an Executive MBA from SIMI (Scandinavian International Management Institute), an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Odense School of Engineering. Thomas is married t o Henriette, who is director of quality in the pharmaceutical industry, and enjoys dog training, hunting, and their Icelandic horses.
