Biography
Thomas Hvid Andersen has been working with yeast genetics and yeast metabolism since 1994. Thomas holds a PhD degree from the University of Copenhagen in Yeast Genetics (2002). He has since been employed by Poalis A / S and Danisco Innovation, focusing on enzyme technology and microbial production of small molecules.
