Biography
Pernille Benborg has been the Head of Compliance at ISS World Services A/S since January 2007. Ms. Benborg has been Head of Group Compliance and Group Vice President of ISS A/S since 2007. Previously Ms. Benborg held various positions with the ISS Group including as Vice President of Compliance and Group Financial Controller of Group Finance. She joined the ISS Group in 2000. She has been Employee Representative Director of ISS A/S since March 2011. She holds Master of Science in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
