Berglund Thomas

Biography

Thomas Berglund, B.Sc. has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and President at Capio AB (publ) since May 2011 and serves as its Head of Capio Nordic. Mr. Berglund was the Independent Advisor to the board for Qest Corporation (formerly Interactive Leisure Systems, Inc., Dukeshire Ventures Inc.) since June 28, 2007. He served as Acting Chief Executive Officer at Eltel Networks Oy until June 30, 2009. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Securitas AB from 1993 to March 2007. He served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Securitas AB (publ). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Securitas Group of Securitas AB until March 2007. He joined Securitas Ab in 1984 after a previous career in the Swedish government and later as a Consultant for the Swedish Management Group. He serves as Chairman of Eltel Networks AS. Mr. Berglund served as the Chairman of Capio AB until May 2011. He served as Chairman of Eltel Networks Oy. He served as the Chairman and Director at Verisure Midholding AB (publ) (also known as Verisure Holdings AB Securitas Direct Oy and Verisure Holdings AB) from 2002 to May 2008. He has been a Deputy Chairman of ISS Global A/S since March 2013. He has been a Deputy Chairman of AcadeMedia AB (publ) since November 24, 2017. He has been a Deputy Chairman of ISS A/S since February 2014 and its Independent Director since March 2013. Mr. Berglund has been a Director of ISS World Services A/S since March 2013 and Securitas Direct Oy since 2002. He served as a Director of Capio AB. He served as a Director of Securitas Systems AB and Niscayah Group AB. He served as a Director of Securitas AB since 1993 and Qest Corporation since August 24, 2007. Mr. Berglund has an accounts background and holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
