Biography

Jeff Olsen Gravenhorst, MSc (Bus. Adm. & Auditing), serves as Group Chief Executive Officer at ISS Holdings NZ Limited and ISS Group. Mr. Gravenhorst has been the Chief Executive Officer of ISS A/S since April 1, 2010 and serves as its Member of Executive Group Management Board. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Management Board at ISS World Services A/S. He has been Group Chief Executive Officer at ISS Global A/S since April 2010 and also serves as its Member of Executive Group Management Board. He has been Group Chief Executive Officer of ISS Holding A/S since April 1, 2010. He served as Group Chief Operating Officer of ISS Global A/S since April 01, 2008 and served as its Group Chief Financial Officer since 2002 and Chief Financial Officer of ISS Management since October 1, 2005. He served as Group Chief Financial Officer of ISS A/S until September 1, 2008 and served as its Group Chief Operating Officer since April 1, 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of ISS World Services A/S and also served as its Chief Financial Officer of ISS UK from 2002 to 2005. He served as Group Chief Operating Officer of ISS Holding A/S since April 1, 2008. He served as Group the Chief Financial Officer of ISS Holding A/S until September 1, 2008. He joined ISS since 2002 and was responsible for operational finance, reporting, controlling and IT. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Managing Director of ALTO Danmark A/S, a division of Incentive A/S. From 1998 to 1999, he served as Vice President of Business Unit Consumer of ALTO US Inc. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Clarke Industries Inc. He served as Finance Director of Wittenborg UK Ltd. each a division of Incentive A/S. He served as a Manager of Arthur Andersen in Denmark. He has been the Chairman and Non Executive Director at Ramboll Group A/S since March 26,2015 and served as its Deputy Chairman. He served as the Chairman of ISS Global A/S. He has been Deputy Chairman and Director at Nets A/S since September 23, 2016. He serves as a Director of ISS Global A/S. He serves as a Director at Central Board of Confederation of Danish Industry and Rambøll Gruppen A/S. He served as a Non-Executive Director at Rambøll Danmark A/S. He served as a Director at Leverandørselskabet Danish Crown AmbA since 2010. Mr. Gravenhorst holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and Master's of Science in Business Administration and Auditing from the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
