Biography

 Jacob Götzsche has been Regional Chief Executive Officer-Central Europe at ISS A/S and ISS World Services A/S since July 2008. Mr. Götzsche served as the Chief Operating Officer of ISS Management for ISS Global A/S since 1999. He served as Senior Vice President at ISS A/S since July 2008 until January 6, 2016. He served as Chief Operating Officer of ISS Head Office of ISS A/S since October 2006 and served as Chief Strategy and Development Officer and Regional Director at ISS A/S (Formerly, ISS International Service System A/S). He served as Regional Chief Executive Officer of ISS Holding A/S. He served as Chief Operating Officer of ISS Holding A/S. He served as Regional Director of ISS Management, subsidiary of ISS Global A/S since February 2006. Mr. Götzsche served as an International Business Director of ISS Global A/S from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Götzsche served as Senior Vice President for Mergers and Acquisitions of ISS Global A/S from 2002 to 2004 and Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Finance and Control from 2001 to 2002. He served as ISS's Chief Group Controller, Head of Corporate Finance since 2000 and International Controller from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Götzsche served as International Business Director of ISS A/S. He Joined ISS in 1999 from PriceWaterhouse where he served as an Auditor since 1994. He serves as a Member of the Executive Management Board of ISS A/S. Mr. Götzsche received a Master of Science in Business Economics and Auditing from Odense University, Denmark.
