Biography

 Pierre-François Riolacci has been Group Chief Financial Officer at ISS World Services A/S since September 28, 2017. Mr. Riolacci has been Group Chief Financial Officer at ISS Global A/S since November 2016. Mr. Riolacci has been Group Chief Financial Officer of ISS A/S since November 2016 and also serves as its Member of the Executive Group Management Board. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Air France-KLM SA from December 31, 2013 to November 2016. He served as the Chief Finance Officer of Veolia Environmental Services North America Corp until December 2013. He served as the Chief Finance Officer of Van Gansewinkel Environmental Services Belgium NV until December 2013 and served as its Senior Executive Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Veolia Environnement S.A. from February 11, 2010 to December 31, 2013. He joined the finance department of Veolia Environnement SA in 2000 and served as an Advisor to the Chief Financial Officer. He served as the Head of Control and Planning at Veolia Environnement since 2003, served as its Director of Finance since 2007 and Adviser to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Riolacci spent 13 years with Veolia Environment. His career also includes 11 years with ELF in various financial roles, including, served as Deputy to Head of investors Relations, Finance Controller ME – CIS – Latam and Treasury at Elf, Paris. He served as Finance Controller at Elf, Congo. He served in Management Accounts for VSNE at Elf UK, London. He served with Total in the areas of corporate finance, structured finance and investor relations from 1990 to 2000. He served as a Financial Controller of several of Total's subsidiaries. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and EOLFI SA. He has been a Director of ISS Global A/S since November 2016. He served as a Director of Transdev S.A. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Veolia Energie International. Mr. Riolacci holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and Tax from Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Degree in Public Service and Finance from Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris.
