"Before I was leading for more than 6 years successfully 10 daughter companies with full P&L responsibility in the region CEE. A very profitable growth was the result. For 4 years as managing director of our swiss subsidiary I have it reorganized and restructured by active change Management and led profitable back to growth. I have learned comprehensive knowledge for OEM and AM business and all relevant sales channels. Nationwide as well as internationally. Also a wide customer access was built up in the area of passenger car, utility- and special vehicles, mobile homes as well as boats By several stays abroad I have learnt to understand and to work with different cultures and mentalities"
