Biography

"Since 1993 when my real professional career started, I have had opportunity to work for leading international ICT companies and have developed skills and experience in key areas as sales, business management, realtionship and people management, setting up winning teams, managing organisational changes, penetration of new markets and business areas, improving business processes as well as setting up synergies inside the company as well as across entire business ecosystem. As I had an opportunity to work at international positions for many years, I've gained also nice experinece in managing business on international level, when dealing with different styles, cultures, nations, roots, religions, motivations. Most of all I do enjoy - working with customers and helping them to succesfully manage their business goals, - building and leading teams and helping colleagues and temmembers to grow, be succesfull in their professional carreers - building long-lasting trusted relationship - changing and setting up business models that leads into achieving given business goals Yeap ... Driving business, building and leading teams, helping people to become succesfull in their roles and business ... that's what I do enjoy most in my professional life
