Dr. Birgitte H. Kallipolitis is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Southern Denmark , Denmark. His research interests includes Antimicrobial medium- and long-chain free fatty acids prevent PrfA-dependent activation of virulence genes in Listeria monocytogenes..
