Biography
Anders Götzsche has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of H. Lundbeck A/S since May 10, 2007. Mr. Götzsche has been Interim Chief Executive Officer of H. Lundbeck A/S since November 1, 2017. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance, IT, Communication & IR at H. Lundbeck A/S. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Group Executive Management of Det Berlingske Officin A/S. He served as the Director of Group Accounting and Reporting of G4S plc (Formerly, Group 4 Falck AS). He has been an Independent Director of Veloxis Pharmaceuticals A/S since April 2008. Mr. Götzsche holds a Master of Science in Accounting from University of Southern Denmark in 1991 and he became a state authorized public accountant in 1997.
