Biography
Michael T. Heffernan is a Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Collegium Pharmaceutical Inc. Mr. Heffernan founded and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Onset Therapeutics Inc. Before this, he has also held positions as Co-Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of Clinical Studies Ltd and as President & Chief Executive Officer of PhyMatrix Inc. He serves as the Chairman of Ocata Therapeutics Inc. He has been the Chairman of Veloxis Pharmaceuticals A/S since April 20, 2016 and its Independent Director since 2015. Mr. Heffernan has a B.S. Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut and is a Registered Pharmacist.
