Biography

René Schneider, M.Sc, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Member of Executive Board of William Demant Holding A/S since September 1, 2015. Mr. Schneider served as the Chief Executive Officer of Auriga Industries A/S from April 21, 2015 to August 31, 2015 and also served as its Member of Executive Board until August 31, 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Auriga Industries A/S since December 01, 2013 until April 21, 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Schneider served as Chief Financial Officer of Cheminova A/S since December 1, 2013 and served as its Member of the Executive Board. Mr. Schneider served as the Chief Executive Officer of Neurosearch A/S from July 1, 2012 to November 30, 2013 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to July 01, 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Neurosearch A/S from 2011 to July 1, 2012. He having obtained his Master's degree, he was employed with NNIT and Novo Nordisk where he was appointed Vice President of Corporate Finance in 2009. He has held various management positions within Novo Nordisk and NeuroSearch. He holds MSc in Economy, Business Administration and Management from Aarhus University.
