Theodor F. Kocher

Biography

Theodor F. Kocher served as the President of Management Board and Director of Swiss Small Cap Invest AG. Mr. Kocher is an active as a Lawyer, Notary and as a Strategic & Corporate Consultant. He is a member of the Executive Board of Bracher und Partner Holding AG [Bracher and Partner Holding Co. plc] in Solothurn, and also of that of Espace Real Estate AG in Biel. From 1997 to 2001 he was responsible for the area of Corporate Services as a member of the Executive Board of the Batigroup. Before that, from 1991 to 1996, he headed the same department for Stuag as a member of the Executive Board of the Group, having been engaged from 1987 to 1990, likewise for Stuag, as head of Legal Services and Secretary to the Board of Directors. He began his professional career as a clerk to the court. He serves as a Director of Ziemer Ophthalmic Systems AG and Ziemer Group AG. Mr. Kocher studied at the universities of Neuenburg and Berne, and is a certified lawyer and notary. In parallel to his professional activities, he has been assiduous in attending further training courses at various institutions in such subjects as corporate management, business management and the finance, real estate and insurance markets, and has put the knowledge he acquired into practice on a daily basis. He has a profound knowledge of all aspects of small cap businesses.
