Biography
Lars L. Thomsen, MD, PhD, DMSc has been Chief Medical Officer of Pharmacosmos A/S since joined in March 1, 2009 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Thomsen has gained extensive clinical experience through his employment in the Danish Healthcare system from 1992 to 2000. Following this he joined the pharmaceutical industry, first with H. Lundbeck A/S and since 2009 with Pharmacosmos. His focus areas in Pharmacosmos are clinical and non-clinical research. Hehas additional experience in medical affairs, business development, pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs at international level. He was appointed Adjunct Professor at Aalborg University in 2016.
