Biography

I graduated from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Computer Science Department, and obtained my Bachelor degree in 2003 with GPA (3.99) – “Excellent with Honor”, at the top of my class. I pursued my graduate studies at the same department, and obtained the degree of M.Sc. in Computer Science with a GPA of 3.96 (accredited by the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities) . I was then appointed at the Business Information Systems Department of AASTMT in the post of Assistant Lecturer, through which I started working on my research in areas related to computer vision, web information retrieval and natural language processing.
