Rasha Abdel Aziz Youssef Shalaby

Biography

Rasha Abd El Aziz is currently an Associate Professor and the Head of Business Information Systems Department at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Egypt. She has been awarded her PhD in 2009, the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. She is a SAP Certified Business Associate. Her current teaching is mainly in the Business Information Systems, including Management Information Systems and Electronic Commerce. She has published extensively (over 48 publication), a book, journal articles and conference papers. She has successfully supervised 5 PhD theses in UK & Egypt, and 12 Master theses. She is currently supervising theses both in UK and Egypt. She has participated in charity work with a number of Social responsibility teaching and research activities. She is also a SAP Certified Business Associate. She is a member in the editorial board of IJEF - Inderscience, IBIMA and ABRM. She's also a reviewer to a number of specialised International conferences, journals and well known publishers such as Emerald, ElSevier and Inderscience.
