Biography
Mohamed Kholief is currently the head of the Information Systems Department and the the Software Engineering Department, College of Computing and Information Technology, at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in Alexandria, Egypt. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science from Old Dominion University (Norfolk, Virginia) in 2003, and his M. Sc. and B. Sc. in Computer Science from Alexandria University (Egypt) in 1997 and 1991 respectively. His research interests include: Information Retrieval, Digital Libraries, Semantic Web, Big Data analytics, and Software Engineering.
