Eminent personality who is working as professor in Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, Egypt. I am Nevien F. Khourshed, born in Alexandria - Egypt on 12/10/1977. I had my Bsc in Engineering - Building & Construction Department (Excellent with Honor) and graduated in the year 2001 from Faculty of Engineering one of the faculties in the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Then I continued my study to have MSc in Quality Management from Productivity & Quality institute (2004). In the year 2010 I had my PhD in Engineering Management from The University of Strathclyde - Scotland-UK. I got the degree from the Faculty of Engineering - Department of Design, Manufacture and Engineering Management (DMEM). My PhD was about Performance Planning. My personal Interests are Performance planning, Performance management and measurement, Knowledge management, Production Planning and Control, Operation Management, Quality Management, Lean, and Managerial subjects in general. and for training courses, I am a certified Lead Auditor from IRCA.
