Research Interest
To understand how cells communicate and cross-talk to each other through complex machinery of biological processes that are controlled precisely at both molecular and proteomic levels. - To investigate the nature of protein interactions in cell signaling pathways. - I am interested in using microarray and qRT-PCR as powerful tools for the determination of differential gene expression in cells treated with various inducers and drugs. - Screening for genetic mutations and to link them with their corresponding diseases. - Use of biochemical assays to monitor and evaluate the effect of drugs, synthetic and medicinal plant compounds on various diseases.
