Biography
Eng. Amany graduated her B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering in 2010. She was among the first class of Engineering graduates from The British University in Egypt, with A degree of “First Class Graduate with honors†and graduation project grade Very good. The graduation project was created with an interacting theme “Design For Speed; A car showroom experienceâ€, where the concept of bridging the gap between new car technologies and the awareness of people in Egypt so as to develop the local economy was the main focus. The project was designed to host multiple activities for different age categories and was created to be a “Hub†for car enthusiasts. During her time in the BUE she joined multiple student exchange programs, workshops and competitions. After Graduating in 2010, she joined The BUE staff. Eng. Amany has taken several courses in the AUC concerning project management and a course regarding Environmental Impact Assessment. She has finished her pre-master’s courses in Cairo University in Environmental design and control and is currently working on her research thesis which is concerned with Marketing strategies for promoting the architectural engineering profession and hopefully earn her Master’s degree in May 2014.
