Amgad Alaa Eldin Naeem Mahrous

Biography

Eng. Amgad currently works as Teaching Assistant in the Civil Engineering department at the British University in Egypt. In 2013, he worked as a structural engineer at Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) headquarter for an internship program. During that time he practiced computer modelling, analysis and design of structures under static and dynamic loads using dedicated software. In 2012, Eng. Amgad went through a field training program at one of the mega projects supervised by ECG where he practiced the duties of a field engineer learning new skills and engineering operations. Eng. Amgad earned his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a grade of first class w/honours from the British University in Egypt in 2014.

Structural Dynamics, Earthquake Engineering, Finite Element Analysis, Nonlinear Time Series Analysis, Modelling and simulation.
