Education History: - MA in Linguistics& TESL from George Mason University, VA- USA. - MA in Translation& Linguistics from the Faculty of Alsun, Ain Shams University, Cairo- Egypt. - Bachelor of English Literature, Faculty of Alsun, Ain Shams University, Cairo- Egypt. - Diploma in Russian Language from the Russian Cultural Center in Egypt. Bio: - English Instructor at the BUE (2009- till now). - Radio broadcaster, DJ& programme maker at the local European service of Radio Cairo, Maspero (1995-till now). - English Instructor at the Faculty of Economics& Political Sciences, Cairo University (2000- 2002). Freelance translator; participated in translating The Genies Records book into Arabic (2000).

1. Phonological and syntactic influence of language 1 on the acquisition of language 2. 2. Age influence on second language acquisition. 3. Common phonological mispronunciation among Arab L2 speakers. 4. Difference in cultural expressions between different languages.
