Biography
Dr. Islam received his Bachelor degree in Science in 2007 from the faculty of Science at Cairo university. Directly after graduation, Dr. Islam worked for American Water Chemicals Incorporation as a consultant Engineer then he promoted to a representative for Egypt branch until August 2009. During this period, Dr. Islam finished the postgraduate courses required as a partial fulfillment for the master degree in Science in Physical Chemistry. On September 2009, Dr. Islam joined the faculty of Engineering at the British University in Egypt (BUE) as a teaching assistant. On parallel, he was working on the experimental part of his master program, which addressed “the self-assembling of metallic nanostructures for several electrocatalytic applicationsâ€, which he finished on September 2011. At June 2013 Dr. Islam finished the postgraduate courses required as a partial fulfillment for the PhD degree in Physical Chemistry in the field of “Nanosturctures and Fuel Cells†from Cairo University and awarded the PhD degree by July of 2015.
