Biography
Prof. Mohamed El-Dessouky earned his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in July 1977 from Military Technical College (MTC). Mohamed El-Dessouky earned his Ph.D. in Mars 1982 from the INP,Tolouse, France, in Analytical chemistry and radiation chemistry. He then joined Military Technical College, in Egypt, where he worked as lecturer, associate professor 15/12/1986, and professor in 1992 in the Chemical Engineering Branch. He obtained also the Prof. Degree on 3/8/2000, from the permanent committee of chemical engineering of Egyptian supreme committee of Universities. He teached as visitor professor in High Technological Institute of Benha, High Technological Institute of 10th of Ramadan, environmental consultant in the Science Center for Detection and Remediation of Environmental Hazards (SCDREH) in Al-Azhar University and a member for putting standards in Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (Ministry of Industry), and in Atomic Energy Authority. Prof. Mohamed El-Dessouky was retired from army as major general in 2000. Prof. Mohamed El-Dessouky joined the MTC in the Chemical Engineering Branch till 2001. He made 61 publications in the domain of decontamination and protection of environment. The Egyptian Engineering Syndicate supreme technical committee approved on 21/3/2000 for him to be consultant engineer in the field of environmental engineering, sub No.: 164/5. He worked as consultant, auditor and lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17021, ISO 22000 from 2002 to 2013. IRCA registered Auditor Card# 01190769 in Quality ISO 9001 & Environment ISO 14001. Auditor in EGAC for ISO 17021 & 17025. Prof. Mohamed El-Dessouky Joined the BUE as Prof. at October 2012 in Chemical Engineering Department.
